Cancellation or 'No show' charges
*While we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours ' notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For appointments longer than 1 hour, please give us a minimum of 48 hours ' notice.
Late cancellations or 'no show' appointments will be charged 50% of the treatment cost and a non-refundable pre-payment will be required to secure your future appointments.

We want you to leave our salons feeling genuinely confident in your beautiful new look. At Hairline, we don't offer monetary refunds because we'd love the opportunity to rectify the issue and regain your trust. Please note that there are different timelines of 7 to 14 days, depending on the treatment.
